Svetlana Ermilina - mental health specialist, therapist, founder of The Transformational Travel

Hello!

My name is Svetlana Ermilina, a mental health specialist and therapeutic guide dedicated to helping people discover deeper personal transformation. My approach blends psychology, nature, and the powerful changes that happen when we step out of our comfort zones in our mind and physically.

With extensive experience in psychology, coaching and psychosomatics I’ve developed a unique ability to help people understand the intricate connections between mind, body, and emotions. My work focuses on addressing challenges—from chronic symptoms to emotional blocks—by uncovering the psychological roots and guiding them toward healing.

I’m passionate about nature and all it can offer. I believe nature offers profound insights into our inner world. Because nature is us, and we are nature. Through therapeutic hikes and outdoor activities, I help clients reconnect with their instincts, find grounding, and gain personal clarity.

Each year, I design transformational trips “Hero’s Journey”. These aren’t just travel experiences, but deep personal growth opportunities. In stunning mountainous locations, participants engage in guided walks, psychological practices, therapeutic art activities, and reflective exercises that spark genuine self-discovery and realization of their inner goals.

During such travel, we work on important personal themes: overcoming fear, building self-confidence, resolving emotional patterns, and integrating different aspects of ourself. The goal is to help every person to return home with not just memories, but practical tools for lasting personal change.

Having always felt connected to both psychology and magnificent natural landscapes, I’m dedicated to helping others grow and overcome burdens that no longer serve. Through individual sessions, group experiences, or transformational travels, my mission is to support you in embracing your personal journey.

Let’s walk this path of transformation together.
